We take one fish. Thoroughly wash it, gut and rub it with salt and spices. We peel the potatoes, cut them into rings and add half of them to foil. We spread the fish to the potatoes, which is stuffed with onion and lemon. On top put another layer of potatoes. Pour olive oil and sprinkle with lemon juice. Tightly wrap and send it to bake it in the oven for 30 minutes. Then we unfold the foil and bake the fish for about another 10 minutes, so that it gets an appetizing ruddy color. We put the fish on a dish and decorate it with fresh herbs. Bon Appetit!
