What kind of diet is better to choose before the New Year

New Year's Eve is the only night in the year when you can have fun the whole night and even by the morning often the fun does not end. For some reason, it so happened that we are waiting for this holiday like no other.

No birthday, no corporate, no May holidays, we are so attracted, as this single night of the year. Probably, therefore, before the New Year such a huge demand for all kinds of fast diets, so to speak, the New Year. Of course, it would be right to keep oneself in shape throughout the year, but ... it did not work out! And now we are faced with the question: what kind of diet is better to choose before the New Year?

Fast diets are short-term effective diets, the main purpose of which is rapid weight loss. But we must remember that the "faster" diet, the more unstable the result and the greater the probability of all possible negative consequences of this diet. But, what remains to be done if it is necessary to lose weight urgently, and time is not? But fast diets also exist a lot.

Pre-holiday fast diet: good before the holiday, when trying on New Year's dress, suddenly saw that it does not converge. Then limit your daily meals with 4 apples, 1 orange, 1 piece of boiled lean meat and 3 small rusks. If you saw that the next day there is no change, then you will have to starve for at least 1 more day.

Emergency diet. The value of such an emergency fast diet is 1300 kcal.

The main rules of this fast diet are that you can drink an unlimited amount of mineral water, but skim milk, added to unsweetened tea or coffee, should not exceed more than 250 ml. You can eat a large portion of a salad made from celery, salad, pepper, cucumber, apples, beans, corn and tomatoes. Refueling make from 1 spoonful of yogurt, lemon juice squeezed from fresh lemon, vinegar and some spices.

Strictly adhering to this emergency fast diet, you will not be hungry, because the diet contains satiating products, mostly from fiber.

If you break a diet, then you have to tighten it up a bit. For breakfast, a piece of bread, smeared with margarine, 1 small banana, 1 green apple, a few grapes; or 1 egg cooked for 3-4 minutes, 1 slice of bread, 1 cup of low-fat yogurt; 2 pieces of bread from wholemeal flour, 1 small banana, 1 tablespoon of honey; 2 small crackers, a glass of low-fat milk or unsweetened pineapple juice, 1 apple. These alternatives can be alternated.

For lunch, too, there are several options for your choice: boil 100 g of potatoes in a uniform, be sure to clean it, salt it and it offers several supplements: a small portion of chopped cabbage; 100 g any low-fat cheese; 80 g finely chopped low-fat ham or boiled chicken; 2 tablespoons cooked beans.

For dinner, take 100 g of some pasta, and as an additive you can choose: 100 g of shrimp with garlic and tomatoes; 50 g of boiled chicken under some sauce with lemon juice; 80 g finely skimmed ham with fresh tomatoes and garlic.

The second option for an emergency diet consists of 100 grams steamed or grilled any fish (without sauce), 130 grams of boiled potatoes, and a small portion of salad from any green vegetables.

And another diet, slightly different from the previous ones, is a fast dessert diet: you need to take 2 bananas or 1 small apple. And to these ingredients you can add to your choice: a glass of wine and a small dry biscuit; 1 small banana and 1 green strong pear; 2 slices of bread and a salad; 1 small chocolate bar "Mars" or "Snickers".

But like every diet, so this one can sometimes be broken. And then you have to arrange, so-called penalties: jumping ten minutes on a rope, you will spend 150 calories. Wash for 40 minutes floors and windows, wiping away the dust, you will spend 120 calories. Make 40 sit-ups by stretching your arms forward at shoulder level minus 80 calories.

Fast diet for weight loss. The main ingredients for a fast diet: non-carbonated mineral water, any unsweetened juice (orange or pineapple, slightly diluted with water), boiled eggs, boiled meat or chicken, fat-free cottage cheese, all fruits, practically all vegetables (except potatoes), rice or buckwheat. If possible, do without salt, and if it does not work out a little bit. You can add a little pickled vegetables (for example, sweet pepper, etc.).

Strictly exclude: all confectionery and bakery products, butter, all products in fried or smoked form, wine and beer, sugar, dairy products, more than 1.5% fat, ketchup, horseradish and mustard, nuts and chips.

For breakfast, you can cook: half-cheese cottage cheese skimmed, boiled egg (but only 2-3 times a week), any 3 fruits, a large glass of any juice or tea, coffee without sugar and cream.

For lunch: polka dots or corn canned, boiled meat or chicken 100 g (maximum 2 times a week, but better still 1). Can any raw frozen vegetables, thaw, put in a frying pan, pour a little water and put out a few minutes, any fruit and juice.

Supper: any vegetables or boiled cauliflower, but there is a need for hot, you can cook a little buckwheat or rice, breakfast, leftover curd, apple or pear, juice.

If you follow this fast diet, keep in mind that you should always eat at the same time. Half an hour before a meal, drink a glass of water. In general during the day you need to drink as much water as possible. Also drink water when you want to eat.

So what diet should be chosen before the New Year? The one that you like best. But remember, in each diet, you can replace any components that are equivalent in energy value. The main thing is that the diet was not a burden and brought you, but losing weight and moral satisfaction. And, most importantly, after such a fast, you did not gain even more weight for the holidays than it was.
