Cooking red fish Red fish is authentic in its taste and good without adding all kinds of spices. But sometimes I want to experiment and preferably successful. And here is one of them - salmon marinated in soy sauce. Such fish can be fried in a frying pan or on a grill and even bake in the oven - all cooking options will be good! We chose the first option for practicality. Concerning the choice of soy sauce, here are some tips: buy a medium-price sauce, see that "soybeans" are indicated in the composition, and not "concentrate" or "powder". Agree that the substitute for soy - this is too much! It is good that the label was marked "natural fermentation" - this means that the sauce is prepared according to a traditional recipe with the addition of special mold.
