1. Peel the onions, finely chop and in vegetable oil until golden brown fry. We add cumin seeds. We cut meat into small cubes. When the onion is fried, sprinkle with ground red paprika, we mix everything up quickly, and we put the cut meat here. All again mix and add broth or water. When the meat boils, the fire is reduced, and until ready, meat is stewed. The meat must be stewed in liquid. Broth or water can be added. 2. While the meat was being stewed, we took up cabbage. Cabbage shredder or simply cut it into strips. To the top cabbage is added to the meat. You can add a portion. Covered with a lid, a little bit put out, the cabbage has softened, and we add again a portion of cabbage. 3. Stew on a small fire, stirring occasionally. Cabbage should crack a little. Now pepper and salt. Add the sour cream to the prepared cabbage. Stir, and five minutes, stew. 4. Serve cabbage with mashed potatoes, pour over gravy.
