- Rice - 500 Grams
- Rice vinegar - 50 milliliters
- Sugar - 30 Grams
- Salt - 10 Grams
- Nori sheets - 5 pieces
- Cucumber - 1 piece
- Avocado - 1 Piece
- Salmon smoked - 200 Grams
- Wasabi, soy sauce, pickled ginger - - To taste (for filing)
Rice boil until cooked, shifted into a wide bowl, there also add rice vinegar. We mix well and set aside. Cucumber (without peel) and salmon cut into thin and long pieces. On similar strips we cut the peeled and peeled avocado. On the bamboo mat we spread out the nori sheet, through which we distribute the rice uniformly in a thin layer. Right in the middle of the rice lay out the filling - thin pieces of salmon, cucumber and avocado. By means of a rug we begin to wrap rolls. We wrap up to the very end of the bamboo mat, a couple of times we roll out the resulting sausage, so that the nori sheets are sealed. We unfold the rug and get a beautiful sausage, which must be cut into 6 rolls of the same size. We serve with wasabi, ginger and soy sauce. Bon Appetit! ;)
