- Avocado large - 1 piece
- Garlic - 2 Teeth
- Lemon - 1/2 Pieces
- Salt - 1/4 Teaspoon
- Ground Pepper - 1/4 Teaspoon
- Basil fresh - 1 pinch
- Water - 1/4 Cups
This sauce is made in two counts. Using a blender, grind the avocado. Add all the remaining ingredients to the blender and grind it to a homogeneous state. The resulting sauce of a beautiful dense green color can be served to many dishes, but it is best combined with pasta.
