The nutritional and therapeutic value of beans is due to the fact that its grains contain about 24% of high-grade protein, a large number of vitamins and minerals beneficial for health.
Ingredients:- Beans black dry 150 g
- Chicken fillet 200g
- Cheese Poshekhonsky 100 g
- Onions 1 pc.
- Carrot 1 pc.
- Sunflower refined sunflower oil 3 tbsp. l.
- Mayonnaise 2 tbsp. l.
- Salt 1 pinch
- Step 1 To prepare the salad you need to take the grain colored beans, chicken fillet, hard cheese, a large onion, carrots, vegetable oil, mayonnaise and salt.
- Step 2 Beans soak overnight in cold water, and then put on fire, boil until soft and cool.
- Step 3 Chicken fillet pour cold water, salt and boil until cooked.
- Step 4 Cool the fillets and cut them into small pieces.
- Step 5 Peel the onion, cut it in half, and then each halve into thin semicircles.
- Step 6 In a frying pan heat the vegetable oil, save the onion on it and cool it.
- Step 7 Carrots clean and rub on a coarse grater.
