Sauce from oranges with raisins I propose to prepare a very interesting sauce, which is prepared from raisins and orange juice. For this sauce it is better to take light raisins. Raisins are brought to a boil in orange juice and becomes very soft and fragrant. Add your interesting notes of the sauce onions, garlic, mustard, curry. The sauce comes out sour-sweet. It is great for filling lean vegetable salads, it goes well with fried fish.
Ingredients:- Light raisins 80 g
- Black pepper powder 0.5 g
- Salt 1 pinch
- Sunflower refined sunflower oil 100 ml
- Orange 1 pc.
- White wine vinegar 1 tbsp. l.
- Mustard 2 tsp.
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Shallot 80 g
- Curry 0.5 tsp.
- Step 1 To prepare the sauce we need a light raisin, orange, sunflower oil, shallots, salt, pepper, garlic, curry, mustard, wine vinegar.
- Step 2 Squeeze the juice from the orange.
- Step 3 Raisen, wash. Pour orange juice.
