Excellent breakfast! Very tasty baked rolls of egg pancakes with meat stuffing! They can be made to size both large and small - it all depends on the diameter of your frying pan; also pork for stuffing can be replaced with chicken or mixed. Ready-made egg rolls are very, very juicy, perfect for both festive and casual work. I recommend!
Ingredients:- Eggs chicken 7 pcs.
- Pork forcemeat 500 g
- Onion purple 1 pc.
- Cheese hard 100 g
- Sour cream 4 tbsp. l.
- Salt 2 tsp.
- Pepper black ground 2 pinch
- Sunflower refined oil 1 tbsp. l.
- Broth chicken 350 ml
- Step 1 We need chicken eggs, minced pork, onion (onion, white or purple), hard cheese, sour cream, salt, black ground pepper, sunflower refined oil, broth or boiled hot water to prepare egg rolls with meat stuffing.
- Step 2 Take the raw egg, break it into a bowl, add salt on the tip of the knife and 1 tsp. sour cream. Beat the egg with a fork so that the sour cream dispenses well.
- Step 3 Immediately on a hot frying pan from the resulting egg mixture, fry the pancake from two sides - turn it over very carefully so that its integrity remains intact! I advise you to fry egg pancakes in a large frying pan (diameter 28 cm).
- Step 4 While the pancake is fried - make the egg mixture according to the principle from step 2. Once one egg pancake is fried - immediately fry the next. So we do with all seven eggs - in the end we get 7 egg pancakes.
- Step 5 Grind the peeled onion, cut it finely and add it to the minced pork. Also add salt and black ground pepper. Minced stuff thoroughly.
- Step 6 On one side of the egg pancake, lay out a piece of minced meat in the form of oblong slab.
- Step 7 We wrap the roll (according to the type of cabbage rolls).
- Step 8 So wrap up all the pancakes - the resulting rolls are poured into a baking dish.
- Step 9 In a hot broth or boiled water, add a tablespoon of sour cream and a pinch of salt, mix and pour the egg rolls so that they are covered a little more than half.
- Step 10 Put the rolls in a preheated to 200 C oven and bake for about 15 minutes under the foil and 10 minutes without it (I baked under the grill).
- Step 11 We take the rolls, sprinkle them with grated cheese rubbed on a fine grater and put it in the already switched off oven for 5 minutes, so that the cheese melts.
- Step 12 We serve egg rolls with a meat filling in a hot state!
