My favorite season is May and June. And it's not in good weather, but in the fact that finally at the dacha the first crop rises. My first-born is the green onion. Perhaps, I do not expect any other early vegetable with such impatience as a green onion. Of course, it can be bought all year round in a supermarket, you can buy fresh in the market in April, but I refuse such pleasure for the sake of much greater pleasure - to tear the first green onion from my own vegetable garden and make fresh salad from it. Salad from green onions is incredibly tasty, and if they put a plate of this salad and a bucket of red caviar in front of me, I would certainly choose a bucket of red caviar, sell it, buy a ton of green onions and feed a salad of all my friends and comrades :) So, I tell you how to prepare a salad from green onions: 1. Rinse the spring onions and, IMPORTANT, dry with a paper towel. Putting a wet green onion in a salad bowl is not recommended - it will spoil its taste. 2. Garlic is cleaned and chopped as finely as possible. You can squeeze through the press. 3. Chop the green onion finely. 4. In a salad bowl, combine crushed green onions and garlic. We fill it with vinegar, olive oil. Solim and pepper to taste. A good mix - and that's it, a salad of green onions is ready. You need to eat immediately, this salad does not like when it is stored for a long time. Therefore, I recommend not to prepare a salad for future use. It is better to cook as many portions as you will eat right away, and if you want this salad again - cook again, the blessing is prepared in a few moments.
