So, let's go. Here are our ingredients, for clarity - although all the ingredients seem to be understandable and known to everyone. First thing is to pour the raisins of boiling water and leave it for 10 minutes. Spinach leaves thoroughly rinse, let the water drain. We cut white bread into cubes. Fry the cubes of bread in olive oil until crisp (1-2 minutes), then spread them on a paper towel or napkins - so that the excess fat is absorbed. A similar procedure is done with our cedar nuts - lightly fry and spread on a napkin. Raisins get out of the water, we also put it on a paper towel to absorb excess water. Garlic finely chopped. Lightly fry garlic in olive oil. Add the nuts in the frying pan, mix it, lightly fry it. After the nuts we put spinach into the frying pan. Stirring, stew for about 1 minute, a maximum of 2 minutes. We need a slightly softened spinach - for this it is enough 1 minute in a frying pan. The contents of the frying pan are transferred to a plate, add raisins, mix. We lay out on plates, add fried bread cubes, if desired, you can salt-pepper or pour with olive oil. Done!
