- Lemon - 1 piece
- Honey - 5 Art. spoons
- Sugar - 4 Art. spoons
- Raisins - 10 pieces
All the ingredients go to a 3 liter jar. Lemon keep 5 minutes in hot water, then squeeze it into half a liter of boiled cold water. Put honey and sugar, mix, cover with gauze, leave for a day at room temperature. Filter, pour into bottles, add raisins. Close them with lids, fixing on the neck with twine. Endure the week in the cold.
