Boil the squid for a few minutes. To do this, rinse squid washed under running water into boiling water. Try not to digest squid - otherwise they will be stiff. We divide the boiled squid with small stripes. Finely chopped onions to fry until golden in sunflower oil. If marinated mushrooms in size large - cut into slices. If the mushrooms are small in size, then you can safely add them in this form to the salad. In a bowl, mix onions, squid and mushrooms. We dress the salad with mayonnaise, pepper and salt to taste.
