Evening exercise

Morning is not the only suitable time for sports. If you are more comfortable with evening workouts, then you can get rid of extra pounds and burn more calories. For the evening training, running is suitable, which should last at least forty minutes. If the running time will take less time, then the effect of recovery and weight loss you can hardly achieve. Running daily is not worth it, as for the body it will be the strongest load from which it will not be able to recover - thrice a week will be quite enough. If you run less than three times a week, then this load will not be enough to burn calories and maintain athletic form.

In training in the evenings, you can include the most intense strength exercises. People who are confident that after a working day they can not even pick up the bar from the barbell or dumbbells, you can advise: the main thing is, come to the gym and accompany the music, do the first exercise. Then the second wind opens and at the end of the workout you can feel rested and ready for a new working day.

If you prefer to practice sports in the evening, then remember that the spine should always pay special attention. An exception can only be those people who have the opportunity to attend the gym exclusively in the morning. For them, the training time can be suggested by the instructor or chosen independently.

For the logical completion of training, regardless of whether it is morning or evening, after the session you need to take a shower or a bath. It should not, of course, be in a hurry to cram a piece of cake, cake or any other sweets as a gratitude. If breakfast is necessary for you, then try to use it not earlier than fifteen minutes after playing sports. Well, if the purpose of your training in the evenings is to drop excess pounds and correct the figure, then it's better to refuse dinner at all.
