Salad Khreshchatyk

Products:

200 g veal, 100 g of hams, 200 g of tongue, 2 medium beets, 4-5 potatoes, 2 pickles, 100 g of pickled mushrooms, 1 boiled egg, 200 g of canned green peas, 200 g of mayonnaise, greens for decoration, taste.

Preparation:
Boil meat and vegetable products until cooked, cool.

Cold boiled meat, ham, boiled potatoes and beet, peeled pickled cucumbers, pickled mushrooms cut into cubes, add peas, mayonnaise or sour cream, salt and mix.

Salad decorate with greens, boiled eggs and meat.
