Banana cake with nuts
What you need for the recipe:
- 2 bananas
- 100 g of peeled walnuts
- 75 grams of toffee
- 200 g of flour
- 0.5 tsp. baking powder
- 100 g of softened butter
- 100 g of natural yogurt
- 100 g of sugar
- 2 eggs

What to do:
Bananas cleaned and kneaded in a mashed toast. Nuts and toffee with a knife in a crumb. Beat banana mashed potatoes with butter, yogurt, eggs and sugar. Pour in the puree sifted with baking powder, knead the dough. Add 2/3 chopped nuts, mix. Put the dough into oiled and parchment-laid baking dish, level the surface. Sprinkle on top with toffees and remaining nuts. Put the oven in a preheated oven to 160 C for 50 minutes. Allow to cool in the form, then carefully place on a dish.
Oat cookies

What you need for the recipe:
- 250 g of oat flakes
- 85 g of flour
- 175 g of sugar
- 175 g of butter
- 100 g of honey
- 1 egg
- 0.5 tsp. soda
- 100 g dried apricots
What to do:
Dry the apricot and chop it. Melt the butter in the sauté pan. Add sugar and honey, mix thoroughly until smooth and remove from heat. Add oat flakes, flour, soda, dried apricots and 2 tbsp. l. water. Rapidly mix, hammer the egg and knead the dough. With wet hands, divide the dough into 18 balls, form cakes from them. Put on 2-3 baking sheets, covered with parchment. Put the oven in a preheated oven to 180 ° C for 15 minutes. Ready cookies to cool on a baking sheet.
Pancake pie with apples
What you need for the recipe:
- 6 apples
- 50 g of sugar
- 3 tbsp. l. sour cream
- pinch of cinnamon
For pancakes:
- 250 g of flour
- 3 eggs
- 500 ml of milk
- 1 tbsp. l. Sahara
- 60 g of butter
- 4 tbsp. l. vodka
- a pinch of salt
Cooking time: 1 hour 20 minutes. + 8 hours

What to do:
Sift flour into a large bowl. Stirring, pour in the milk. Stir until all the lumps are gone. Continuing to stir, hammer eggs. Add salt, sugar and 30 g of butter. Pour in the vodka, stir and leave in a warm place for 1 hour. Heat a little oil in a large diameter frying pan, distribute one dough ladle over the entire surface. Cook 1 min. Turn the pancake and fry another 1 min. Bake, therefore, all the pancakes. Cut apples, cut into quarters and remove the core. Put apples in a saucepan, pour in 0.5 cups of water. Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes. Add sugar, cinnamon and sour cream, mix and cook over high heat without a lid for another 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool. Rectangular form the film. Put the 2 pancakes so that the bottom is closed, and the edges of the pancakes are hung from the sides to the outside.
