- Strawberries - 450 Grams
- Chocolate - 170 Grams
- White chocolate - 85 Grams (optional)
Wash and thoroughly dry the strawberries. If you do not dry the strawberries well, then there will be problems when applying chocolate. On a steam bath, melt the chocolate. Mix the chocolate with a long spoon (that would not scald). Melt the chocolate so that it does not have lumps. Dip each berry into the chocolate. Hold the top of the strawberry and dip it completely, so that you can see some of the berries (this will make the dessert more beautiful). Put the finished strawberries in chocolate on waxed paper. Whatever chocolate stiffens faster, you can put the strawberries in the refrigerator. If you want to make your dessert even more expressive, you can also use white chocolate. Place the white chocolate on the steam bath. Stir until it completely melts (make sure there are no lumps). Next, you need a confectionery bag or, some, a bag with a cut off corner, make a hole very small (usually in such situations there is no problem, there are probably packages at home). Pour the white melted chocolate into the pastry bag. If the chocolate is very hot, then let it cool for a minute. And then apply the patterns to your strawberry in chocolate. And, the thinner the hole in the bag / bag, the better, then you can do more complex patterns you can do. Bon Appetit.
