Now I have taken the baton and trying to teach my children the right, healthy diet from a small age - it's getting a little better than my parents managed to teach me. The main thing is not to force, but to explain why this is useful, for which there are useful products. And everything will turn out. Well, an adult person probably does not need to tell why there is a salad of raw beets and carrots - everything is clear. Therefore, without further ado, your attention is to a simple salad recipe from raw carrots and beets: 1. Wash the raw beets and carrots, cleanse them of dirt (in fact, as is well known, there are no peels in either beet or carrot). 2. Peeled beets and carrots should be grated on a large grater or chopped with a food processor (I prefer the second option). The size of the cutting - at your discretion, I usually cut using a combine harvester in Korean, but any other options are acceptable. The main thing is not to cut it big, because the salad should be smooth, gentle. 3. In a small container mix the vinegar, oil, lemon juice and salt. Stir well until smooth. 4.
