4 days
For breakfast: black coffee.
For lunch: boiled carrots (3 large carrots) with vegetable oil, 15 g of hard cheese, raw egg. There are options: you can eat two carrots, and cut the third, mix with grated cheese, pour on olive oil.
For dinner: fruit. Supper is best eaten in two.
5 days
For breakfast: fresh carrots with lemon juice.
For lunch: fish boiled or fried, tomato juice.
For dinner: fruit.
6 days
For breakfast: black coffee.
For lunch: half cooked chicken with skin removed and without fat, carrot or cabbage salad.
For dinner: 2 eggs, raw carrots mixed with vegetable oil (200 g).
