I bring to your court the recipe for cooking scad in the oven. I hope that this simple recipe is useful to you and more than once: 1. Stavridu clean, cut off the head, wash and, if desired, cut into portions or leave whole. 2. Salt, sprinkle on all sides with spices for fish and leave to marinate until we make vegetables. 3. Boil until potatoes are half-ready, cool and cut into rings with a thickness of about 1 cm. 4. Peel the onions, carrots. Onion is chopped into half rings, carrots are grated on a large grater or cut into half rings. 5. Lubricate the deep form for baking with vegetable oil, put the potatoes, salt, pepper. 6. Then lay a layer of onions and carrots (we take half of the total). 7. On top put the prepared fish and fall asleep with the remaining onions and carrots. 8. Top with sour cream, close the form either with a lid or with foil and send it to the oven for 30-35 minutes. 9. Remove the lid or foil and give the browned fish for another 10 minutes. We serve the table and have a nice appetite!
