And all these ingredients are perfectly combined into one salad thanks to a spicy mustard dressing!
Ingredients:- Frize salad 1 beam
- Ham 200 g
- Eggs quail 10 pcs.
- Champignon mushrooms 7 g
- Lentil red 200 g
- Tomatoes 1 pc.
- Onion 0.5 pcs.
- Olive oil 50 ml
- Salt 2 pinch
- Mustard 1.5 tbsp. l.
- Lemon juice 3 tbsp. l.
- Olive oil 5 tbsp. l.
- Eggs chicken 2 pcs.
- Garlic 1 clove
- Salt 0.5 tsp.
- Pepper black ground 2 pinch
- Step 1 To make a salad we need ham, mushrooms, tomato (preferably orange, can be red), quail eggs, red lentils, frieze salad, lemon, onion, garlic, mustard, salt, black pepper, chicken eggs, olive oil , salt.
- Step 2 Cut the ham into strips.
- Step 3 Boil the quail eggs and cut each in half.
- Step 4 Champignons cut into quarters and fry in olive oil, lightly seasoned.
- Step 5 Put fried mushrooms in a bowl to cool. Slice the tomato.
- Step 6 Boil the lentils and cut into thin strips onions. An important point: do not digest lentils, since I did not pay attention to this issue and I got a lentil by digesting! We need to cook it for a short time!
- Step 7 We prepare the dressing: for this mix the mustard with mustache, lemon juice, two raw yolks, olive oil, chopped garlic, salt and black ground pepper until a homogeneous sauce is obtained. Collect the salad: spread the washed and dried leaves of the frieze salad on a flat dish first layer (3/4 of the total volume of salad leaves, the rest will go to the last layer).
- Step 8 Lay the second layer on lentils and onions.
- Step 9 Onion-lentil layer lightly poured with cooked mustard sauce, using about 1/3 of the entire dressing. Then we lay out 2/3 of the whole ham, halves of eggs, fried and completely cooled mushrooms.
- Step 10 Next, we put out the tomato slices and the remaining ham.
