How to prepare a salad with champignons canned: 1. If the mushrooms are large, cut them in half. If small, leave as is. 2. Chop the onion into thin semicircles, sprinkle generously with salt, and mix it with your hand. Spilled juices are drained, and the onion is washed from the salt under a stream of cold water. 3. Carrots boil in water until half cooked and cut into thin strips. 4. Peel and cut into thin strips. Cucumbers, too, cut into thin strips. Dill finely chopped. 5. In a salad bowl, mix all the ingredients - mushrooms, onions, carrots, peppers, cucumbers, dill, olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Salad with champignons canned ready. Bon Appetit! ;)
