Of particular popularity is, of course, borscht of nettles. Especially often this dish is cooked in the spring, when the herbs of nettle are still very young and not so "evil". Try and you! The dish is incredibly tasty and useful - it's not for nothing that nettles are called a real storehouse of vitamins. Help your body after a long winter. Well, I'll tell you a simple recipe for cooking borsch with nettle: 1. Pour the breast with cold water and cook for 35 minutes, taking off the foam. 2. While the broth is brewed, fry the finely chopped onions and grated carrots on a medium grater in vegetable oil. Cut the potatoes into cubes, boil the eggs. 3. From the finished broth, take out the breast and cut the meat into small pieces. Put the meat back into the pot with the chopped potatoes. Cook for 15 minutes. 4. Add in the broth the chopped nettle, chopped eggs, fried vegetables, chopped greens, salt and spices. 5. Allow the soup to pour for 2-4 minutes, then remove from heat. Pour over plates and serve to the table. Bon Appetit!
