Cookies for children and parents For many of us, and especially for children, it is important not only the taste of the food offered, but also how it looks. The simplest dish technology can be made very attractive, if you creatively approach its design. In this regard, I propose a recipe for an original and funny cookie in its form, which contains the most basic products, which in most cases are at the hostess's hand, and you will not have to run to the store to buy the necessary ingredients! In addition, the consumption of small products, and cookies will be so much that enough for the whole company! Dear Mummies, introduce your children to the preparation of this cookie, turning the ordinary process of making baking into unforgettable and most happy moments! Involving your child to work in the kitchen (while getting one more hands, ready to help), we not only enjoy ourselves from joint activities, but also make this entertaining process an educational, developing and realizing its creative potential! Among other things, the culinary "magic" will surely remain in your child's memory, like our memories of how our grandmothers or mothers trusted us with "adult" work, for example, spread out the toppings into cakes or cut out dough out circles; as the smell of baking was felt in the house, and an unusual feeling of comfort and tranquility appeared. I wish everyone to enjoy not only from eating cooked cookies, but also from the very process of cooking!
Ingredients:- Wheat Flour 500 g
- Eggs chicken 3 pcs.
- Baking Powder 10g
- Vanillin 2 g
- Butter 250 g
- Sugar 1 tbsp.
- Milk chocolate 250 g
- Water boiled 50 ml
- Step 1 For the preparation of cookies we will need flour, eggs, sugar, butter (room temperature), baking powder and vanillin. As a glaze we will use milk chocolate.
- Step 2 Whisk the butter, sugar, 2 yolks and 1 whole egg, baking powder and vanilla. Add the flour and knead a homogeneous, soft dough.
- Step 3 We form small, identical in size, balls of dough. Then give them the appearance of small cakes, the thickness of which will be approximately 1 cm.
- Step 4 To give the buttons the most characteristic shape for them, it is necessary to take any object that has a flat round shape suitable for our "button" size (in my case the foot of the usual stack appears in this role) and make small indentations in the center of each baked goods.
- Step 5 Using a straw, pierce 4 holes in the center of each "buttonhole".
- Step 6 Heat the oven to 180 ° C and bake our cookies for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown. Let's cool down.
- Step 7 In the water bath we will melt the chocolate, adding a little boiled water to it (at the same time the chocolate will get a darker color).
- Step 8 Now, armed with a teaspoon, you can pour the cookies with the resulting liquid chocolate.
- Step 9 Before serving the cookie, it is advisable to hold the biscuits for a few minutes in the refrigerator, so that the chocolate icing is slightly frozen.
