- Dill greens, parsley - 30 Grams
- Sour Cream - 100 Grams
- Water - 2 liters
Preparing the products for soup. We clean vegetables, mine and cut the meat. Meat for this soup I propose to fry. It is better to cut it less to make the process go faster. We rub the carrots on a grater, and cut the onion into small cubes and send it all to the meat, which has already acquired a golden color in the skillet. We put a pot of water on the stove and add there diced potatoes. I suggest to salt it a little. Canned sorrel usually contains salt, so do not overdo the soup. Well, while meat was roasting, potatoes were cooked. We spread the contents of the frying pan into a pot with potatoes and add the canned sorrel. Let's paw for 5-10 minutes, taste it. We bring to taste - salt, if necessary, pepper and add chopped greens. All is ready! Boiled eggs can be finely chopped and added immediately into a pan, or can be in a bowl when serving. Do not forget to put sour cream on the table :)
