It does not hurt anyone, so let's prepare a salad of eggs with tuna. In general, tuna is unique in that it practically does not lose its useful properties in any treatment, even with canning. Therefore, it is the canned food that is easiest to use for preparing salad from eggs with tuna. Do not be afraid that the dish will get too fat - the tuna of fat does not practically contain, and the one that is - is very useful for the human body. Also, this salad should not be strongly salted, because tuna meat does not need to enhance the taste. In addition to tuna salad, you can prepare many other dishes, it is good in boiled, and in baked, and in fried form. But the best use of canned tuna is just that.
Ingredients:- Tuna canned 1 can
- Eggs chicken 5 pcs.
- Onion purple 0.5 pcs.
- Olives without seeds 40 g
- Mustard 2 tsp.
- Sunflower refined sunflower oil 4 tbsp. l.
- Pepper black ground 1 pinch
- Salt 1 pinch
- Step 1 To prepare the salad, take the tuna canned in olive oil, eggs, half a violet onion, a couple of handfuls of olives, vegetable oil and spices.
- Step 2 Eggs pre-boiled hard (dip into cold water, bring to a boil and cook for 10 minutes from the moment of boiling), and then cut into cubes, leaving 1 yolk.
- Step 3 Cut the onion into thin semicircles.
- Step 4 Cut the olives arbitrarily.
- Step 5 Combine 1 boiled yolk, 3-4 tbsp. l. vegetable oil, 2 tsp. mustard, a pinch of salt and black ground pepper.
- Step 6 It's good to rub everything into a creamy mass, if you need to add a little more vegetable oil.
- Step 7 Connect the tuna, olives, onions, eggs and dressing.
- Step 8 Gently mix, add salt to taste and put in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes.
