Traditionally, we begin by getting acquainted with the ingredients. Here they are, my beloved. We begin with the preparation of fillets. My fillet is cut from the scales. We cut fillets into portions pieces - such as shown in the photo. Each piece is cut with a thin small knife so that it turns out a kind of pocket. For clarity, see the photo. Now chop our small shrimps finely. Similarly, we do the same with garlic. Spinach is also finely chopped and mixed with garlic and prawns. Stirring. The resulting mixture is carefully stuffed into our pockets. We put the pockets in a baking dish, covered with foil. Mix milk, soy sauce and chopped dill. The resulting sauce is poured into our fish. We cover the fish in sauce with a foil sheet. Bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees. Fish should not become dry - let inside remains slightly damp. It's salmon. Ready pockets I recommend to serve with a small portion of rice and a green salad. Have a nice festive appetite, dear! :)
