But it is only necessary to spin the spinach with heat treatment, as in one moment its most fragrant qualities are revealed. And its useful properties can be talked for hours. We are used to eating spinach leaves. Meanwhile, the juice obtained from this plant is able to strengthen the nervous system and even help with anemia. Especially good is spinach as a side dish. It looks profitable in any company: with fried eggs, potatoes, rice. Here and this recipe is rather an addition to the main dish as a side dish. Prepare it easily, it does not need to have culinary talent.
Ingredients:- Spinach fresh 300 g
- Sesame white 0.5 tbsp. l.
- Sugar 1 tsp.
- Soy sauce 1 tbsp. l.
- Olive oil 1 tbsp. l.
- Step 1 So, for this garnish take: 2 generous bundle of spinach (buy better in the market, there are bundles more generously), sesame seeds, olive oil, sugar, soy sauce.
- Step 2 Spinach thoroughly rinse and tear your hands into large pieces.
- Step 3 Preheat the frying pan, add the vegetable oil and put the spinach.
- Step 4 After a minute add 1 teaspoon of sugar, pour in 1 tablespoon of soy sauce. To simmer for 3-5 minutes.
- Step 5 Then gently turn the spinach and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Strain another 3 minutes and remove from heat. Note that spinach does not need to be salted. Salt is contained in soy sauce.
