Ingredients:- Mushrooms champignons 300 g
- Pepper sweet 1 pc.
- Leeks 1 pc.
- Spinach fresh 400 g
- Garlic 1 clove
- Fresh ginger 1 tsp.
- Sunflower refined sunflower oil 5 tbsp. l.
- Soy sauce 2 tbsp. l.
- Sugar 1 tbsp. l.
- Pepper black ground 1 pinch
- Step 1 To prepare the salad you will need spinach, champignons, leek, sweet pepper, garlic, ginger, vegetable oil and soy sauce.
- Step 2 Cut the garlic finely, ginger the same way, chop the white part of the leeks into thin rings.
- Step 3 Cut the mushrooms into thin plates and sweet pepper into strips.
- Step 4 Preheat 3-4 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a deep frying pan and fry 1-2 minutes onion, garlic and ginger.
- Step 5 Then add pepper and mushrooms, cook still 4-5 minutes.
- Step 6 Put the finished vegetables in a plate and cover with a lid.
- Step 7 Spinach thoroughly rinse under running water, drain and cut large.
- Step 8 In the same frying pan add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of sugar and a pinch of ground black pepper - bring it to a boil.
- Step 9 Put spinach into the sauce and stew it for 1-2 minutes.
