In a bowl of a food processor, chop the garlic. Add walnuts and arugula, beat until the consistency of the paste, about 5 seconds. Put the mass in a bowl. Add parmesan cheese and salt, set aside. In a large saucepan bring the water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook until ready according to instructions on the package, about 8 minutes.
