1. In a separate bowl sift the flour. Add salt, sugar and egg. Soften the butter and add to the flour. Knead the dough. Roll it into a ball. Turn it into a film or cover with a towel. Put for 1 hour in the refrigerator. 2. After the dough is standing, roll it out and cut the loaves along the diameter of the molds. Cake spread on the molds and prick them with a fork. Heat the oven to 180 degrees and bake for 20 minutes. 3. Dissolve the gelatin. To do this, soak it in cold water for 30 minutes and then, not bringing to a boil, dissolve. Pour the gelatin into the yogurt. When the yogurt starts to thicken, whisk it with a mixer or in a blender. Pour in the cream and continue to whisk. 4. Finished baskets filled with cream. Decorate the top with blackberries and sprinkle a little sugar powder. Decorate with mint leaves and you can drink tea with gorgeous baskets.
