Ingredients:- Alaska pollack 500 g
- Onion 4 pcs.
- Loaf 1 pc.
- Wheat flour 3 tbsp. l.
- Sunflower refined sunflower oil 6 tbsp. l.
- Mayonnaise 2 tbsp. l.
- Fresh dill 1 bunch
- Salt 1 tsp.
- Step 1 To make sandwiches, take fresh pollock, onions, mayonnaise with a fat content of 67%, a loaf, vegetable oil, flour, dill greens and salt.
- Step 2 Clean the fish, remove the entrails, rinse thoroughly, dry and cut into small pieces.
