Red, green, yellow peppers cut into thin strips. Boil the breast. Keep the broth for cooking pasta and Alfredo sauce. Pasta must be boiled in chicken broth (as usual), pouring it. Alfredo sauce is prepared as follows: heat 3 tbsp. spoon the butter and half a cup of chicken broth in a saucepan over medium heat until the butter melts. Then add garlic (chopped), a teaspoon of salt, pepper and a half-glass of grated Parmesan cheese. Cook, stirring occasionally, about 5 minutes. Next, add olive oil to the frying pan, put the red, yellow, green peppers, fry them over medium heat for about 6 minutes, then add diced chicken pieces, mix, pour sauce and keep on the fire for about 5 minutes. Next, spread the paste in portions on plates and top with chicken, peppers and sauce. Done!
