Pour everything with broth or water, add butter, spices and salt. Cover and let stew. A few minutes before the potatoes are ready, add sour cream, pre-mixed with flour. Put out some more.

You will need cottage cheese (200 g), 1 egg, a tablespoon of sugar, a tablespoon of semolina, a tablespoon of raisins, a teaspoon of plums. oils, a teaspoon of sour cream, salt and breadcrumbs.

Pound the yolk with sugar. Enter it into the cottage cheese, add flour, mango, raisins and salt. Stir thoroughly. Protein whisk in a strong foam, gently mix with the bulk. Be sure to pick berries before making jelly. Then beat them with boiling water, squeeze out the juice. Pour the cake with hot water, (in the proportion of 1 to 4), boil, strain the broth. Then cool the water and dilute the starch in it. In the broth add sugar, boil again, combine with the diluted starch, squeezed juice. Boil for the third time, mix thoroughly and cool. Serve cool. Also you can replace cranberries with other berries, for example, cranberries.

Equally useful for children and compotes. For compote of prunes, you need prunes (50 g), 4 teaspoons of sugar, one glass of water. Rinse prunes, pour warm water and leave to soak for 2-3 hours. Put the infusion on the stove, add sugar and cook until the prunes become quite soft.
