The link in the assortment of the components of the filling is tomato sauce, which covers the dough, then alternately unfolds the filling: winter - boiled eggs and mushrooms; spring - pickled olives and artichokes; summer - salami and sweet pepper; autumn - tomatoes and mozzarella, everything is covered with grated parmesan on top. - Milk 250 ml

- Step 1 To prepare the dough, you will need: flour, eggs, milk, yeast, olive oil, salt and sugar.
- Step 2 In warm milk, dilute the yeast with sugar, cover with a towel and put in a warm place for 20 minutes.
- Step 3 Eggs beat up with salt.
- Step 4 In the spoon, add eggs, olive oil, flour and knead the dough. After 30 minutes it should increase by 2 times.
- Step 5 While the dough is right, you have time to prepare the pizza toppings. You will need: tomato sauce, chicken egg, champignons, olives, pickled artichokes, salami, sweet pepper, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella and parmesan cheese. Prepare a tomato sauce in advance and boil 1 egg.
