- Tofu - 100 Grams
- tomato - 2 pieces
- avocado - 1 piece
- sea kale - 100 Grams (seaweed sivid)
- sweet pepper - 1 piece (green)
- sweet pepper - 1/2 Pieces (red)
- garlic - 1 tooth
- black pepper - 1/4 teaspoons
- salt - 1/3 Teaspoons
- vegetable oil - 2 items. spoons
- sesame seeds - 1/2 teaspoons
- soy sauce - 1 teaspoon
Cut the cheese tofu into cubes (you can triangles). Add soy sauce, add sesame and leave aside for 6 minutes. Add vegetable oil to sea kale (or seaweed algae). Add finely chopped garlic, pepper (cut into strips), tomatoes (cut into small cubes), avocado. Season with salt and pepper. Put the salad in a bowl, put the tofu on top and decorate the pieces of avocado in a circle. Bon Appetit!
