A very simple salad recipe from fried champignons: 1. First you need to prepare a dressing, mixing sour cream, olive oil, salt, pepper and finely chopped greens. Stir well. 2. Cut the champignons into slices and fry in oil over medium heat until the liquid evaporates. Fried mushrooms cool to room temperature. 3.
