Sensations in the third month of pregnancy

For the future mother, the third month of pregnancy is a very difficult period, because it is at this time that the organism is adapting to a new, previously unknown state. There is a strong hormonal surge, because of what the endocrine balance completely changes. These changes greatly affect the mood of a woman expecting a child. At times you can be very impressionable, irritable, touchy, vulnerable, crying about and without, even if you used to be distinguished by steel nerves. This state is quite natural for the period of pregnancy. Therefore, if you want to give vent to emotions - do not hold back, because you will not always be in such an inflated condition. After about a month the body will go through a period of adaptation to changes in the hormonal background, and your emotional state will come in harmony.

At this time, the figure and the face are already starting to take a round shape. There are possible attacks of the most real wolfish famine, when without noticing, you devastate a whole can of canned tomatoes or cucumbers, fried potatoes or something else. And sometimes appetite can disappear altogether, when it starts incredibly nauseous in the mornings, it makes me dizzy and I do not want anything. This phenomenon is called toxicosis, and it is absolutely normal for the first trimester of pregnancy. The culprits of toxicosis are also called hormones. To not so much overcome nausea, try since the morning to drink freshly brewed tea with mint and lemon. It is also not bad to leave something (for example, an apple) in advance next to the bed, so that in the morning, without getting up from bed, eat it. It also muffles a little nausea.

It is on the third month of the baby's expectation that it is advisable to register with a woman's consultation for pregnancy. After you do this, you will need approximately every two to three weeks (if the doctor does not recommend it more often or less) to visit your gynecologist, and so on until the end of the third trimester. During these visits, you will take the necessary tests, monitor weight and measure blood pressure, consult a doctor for any matter that interests you. Do not neglect these visits, because any deviation in pressure, weight, appearance of leukocytes or protein in the urine is a very important signal that the body is experiencing some kind of malfunction. Therefore, a doctor's control for a woman in a position is a must!
