How to forget the bad

We all have different concerns about troubles. For one person reprimand at work becomes the reason for dismissal, tears and sleepless nights, for another - an occasion to laugh once more in the circle of friends and relatives. Someone from stress can seriously get sick and fall into depression, someone will just become stronger and stronger. Remember - we do not suffer from the events that happen to us, but from how we interpret them. There is a whole science to correctly interpret all events that have happened to us. Psychologist Igor Matyunin is sure that this science can be easily learned.
Here we give several ways how one can learn to forget the bad in practice.

1. The Three Steps Method
Igor Matyunin checked this technique on himself. When he published the first books, he was forced at high interest to take a loan in one bank. But the books were very poorly sold at first, and it was difficult for Igor to return the money. He was worried, almost did not sleep. Because of the experience, he almost fell ill.
But as soon as he applied this method to himself, he found a way out of this problem, and insomnia passed.

This technique at first should be used in pairs. Find a person you can trust, and learn this technique together. Take some kind of bad situation. For example, you have an accident.

On the first step you need to speak out, it is necessary to partially relieve tension. In this case, the person who will listen to you, should not calm or pity you. He needs to experience this bad together with you. He should ask you such questions, to which you will not simply answer "Yes" or "No", but you will be able to answer extensively. He as though should stimulate, that you were uttered.

On the second step, your interlocutor should ask you: "What could be worse than what happened to you?". The one who survived the accident, in the beginning will think: "What's worse than what happened." And here the interlocutor should help the person to find something positive in the situation: "But after all the machine is subject to recovery, everything is not so bad - it can be repaired", "It's good that no one died and everyone was alive", ...
It is important that a person finds the positive thought himself, only then he will manage to forget the bad faster.

On the third step, lessons should be learned from the event, for example: "From now on, I will always drop the speed at the turn" or "I will try not to drive at night on poorly lit sections of the road."

As a result of this exercise, tension should go away. You have not only been able to forget the bad, but have worked with your experiences and learned from it useful lessons for yourself.

2. The method of "Byak-zakalyaka"
You will need paper for this method. They need to be sketched or described in detail those situations that you would like to forget. Carefully consider the resulting pattern, re-read the lines. Then close your eyes for a few minutes, after which you need to tear the sheets into small, small pieces, or, even better, burn them.
Ashes or the remaining garbage must be thrown away and forgotten. So you can get rid of bad memories.

3. Method "Tactile tactics"
Make ten boards with different roughness - glue a flap of flap on one flap, on the other - a piece of fur, on the third, drip wax, etc.
First you need to close your eyes and to touch the order in which they lie. Then mix and re-arrange in the same order. Each surface will cause you bad or good memories - here I slipped and fell, then I stroked the cat, etc. After that, lay out your plaques in a sequence of sensations - from the most unpleasant to the one that causes the most pleasant sensations.
Carrying out this exercise, we, as it were, together with the plaques, sort out the memories, pushing out and forgetting all the bad things.
