- flour - 2 Cups
- yeast - 1/2 st. spoons
- sugar - 1 st. a spoon
- water - 1/2 cup (warm)
- salt - 1/2 teaspoonfuls
- olive oil - 3 st. spoons
For cooking, we need really good dry yeast. Mix 1/2 of active dry yeast (1.5 teaspoons), 1 tablespoon of sugar and 1/2 cup of warm water. Let the mixture stand for 10 to 12 minutes. You will need 2 cups of flour. Mix the flour with the yeast mixture, add about 1/2 teaspoon of salt and knead. In an hour you will see that the dough has grown almost twice. Slightly suppress the dough on the flour-dyed surface. After 10 minutes of kneading, put the dough into a bread baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil. Wait until the dough rises 2 times. Heat oven to 200 ° / 390 F and bake for about 20 minutes. Cut the bread into pieces and store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
