Cut off the top of the bread with a jagged knife. Finely chop the shallots. Brush the truffle with a brush and wipe with a damp towel. Do not wash the truffle! Finely chop the truffle. Stir the shallot onion with balsamic vinegar and grape oil. Do not use ordinary oils, as this will spoil the taste of truffles. Gently add the chopped truffle and season with white pepper and Fleur de Sel (hand-picked salt crystals). Remove the crumb of bread, but do not overdo, remove so much that the truffle fit and there are no hollow places left. Arrange the truffle. Close the bread cut with a top and bake in the oven at an average temperature of 10 minutes or until the bread and stuffing warms up. Cut the bread and serve to the table, a pleasant appetite.
