Salted cod, in the first place, need to soak for 24 hours in cold water. It is desirable to change the water from time to time, in which it is soaked. This is a required item. Cut the onions, garlic, carrots and celery as shown in the photo. Throw the vegetables in a saucepan, which has already preheated a little olive oil. Simmer the vegetables over low heat for 15 minutes. Vegetables should soften, but in any case do not fry - if you grill, add a little water and oil. Add the tomatoes in the pan together with the juice and stew for another 10 minutes, after which we pour the chicken broth. Bring to a boil. When it boils, we add a large chopped cod into the pan. Cook another 15 minutes on a small fire. Add spices (do not overdo it with salt - cod is salty), greens and serve. Bon Appetit!
