Zrazy of potatoes with Zrazy meat is a dish of Lithuanian, Belarusian, Polish and Ukrainian cuisines. The name zraza came from the Polish zrazy, meaning "cut piece", although the dish itself came from Lithuania, where it was known since the XIV century. In the original version zrazy were any battered meat with a filling of vegetables and eggs. In the future, the concept of "zrazy" became wider and a variety of phantoms appeared, such as potato, representing a burrito from boiled potatoes with various fillings - mushroom, meat, vegetable. Potato zrazy with meat filling is the most nutritious and nutritious variant of this dish. Choose meat according to your taste - pork, chicken fillet, lean beef are perfect. Potatoes should be taken one that is well boiled.
Ingredients:- Potatoes 12 pcs.
- Pepper black ground 0.5 tsp.

- Wheat flour 3 tbsp. l.
