Pour peas with water, then leave it overnight. The water is drained the next day, and the peas are put in a saucepan, filled with one and a half liters of clean water and put on fire. Cook until you soften. Onions are cut with thin rings, and carrots are cut in circles. Heat the oil in a frying pan, put on it carrots with onions and fry over medium heat for 5-7 minutes. Vegetables are added to the peas, boiled over high heat, after which the fire is reduced, and the soup is cooked for 3-5 minutes, salted and peppered to taste. Before serving, add lemon juice and pour it all over the plates. To diversify the taste of the dish - add coriander.
