- corn on the cob - 6 pieces
- tomato - 3 pieces
- onions - 1 piece
- fresh basil - 1/4 Glass
- olive oil - 1/4 Cups
- white vinegar - 2 Art. spoons (salt and pepper to taste)
1) In a large saucepan, bring the water to a boil. In this water, cook corn on the cob for 7-10 minutes or until the corn becomes soft. Pour out the water, dry the corn. Sharp with a knife to separate the corn grains. 2) In a large bowl, mix corn grains, tomatoes, onions, basil, olive oil, vinegar, pepper and salt. Serve cold.
