Soup of wisdom

This soup will be to children's taste.


Ingredients:
250 g of beef, 3 potatoes, 2 carrots, 1-2 onions, 4 tbsp. spoon of finely chopped pumpkin, 2 tbsp. tablespoons vegetable oil, 2 tbsp. spoon poppy, 2 tbsp. spoons of chopped parsley, pepper and salt to taste, 1 bay leaf, 3 cups of water.

Instructions:

Cut beef into small pieces, roll in flour, fry in a frying pan in vegetable oil and put into a saucepan.

Then fry the onion, also put into a saucepan, add water, carrots, potatoes, pumpkin, poppy, bay leaf, pepper, salt and cook on low heat for 90 minutes.
At the end of cooking, grind vegetables (knead) with a spoon.
