Many useful and tasty herbs and vegetables, berries and fruits grow in the garden, in the forest and in the field. Soups from vitamin herbs and vegetables are very useful. On a hot day, prepare a soup from our "summer seven", and you certainly will not have to persuade the baby to eat another spoon - the dish will be licked!
Take for a recipe :
- 3 cucumbers;
- 100 g of salad;
- on a bunch of green parsley and dill;
- 4 potatoes;
- 3 boiled eggs;
- 4 table. tablespoons of sour cream;
- sugar;
- lemon juice - to taste;
- 100 g of apples or dried fruits.
Preparation :
- Pour apples (or dried fruits) with two glasses of boiling water, boil and insist under the lid for 3-4 hours.
- Boil the potatoes in a peel, cool, clean, cut into cubes.
- Fresh cucumbers cut into small cubes. Salad, parsley and dill finely chop.
- Protein hard-boiled eggs finely chop, and yolk carefully wipe through a sieve and connect with sour cream.
- Fill with infusion, add vegetables, greens, sugar, lemon juice.

- 1 potato and carrots;
- 1 beet and a bunch of young beetroots.
Preparation :
