Spicy rice with vegetables baked in pots. Believe me, even if you are not a rice lover, you will definitely like this variation. The main violin here is played by spices: saffron, curry, basil. By and large, you can add any other spices you like. The main thing that they had a bright taste. For example: rosemary, thyme, coriander. And more importantly, fry the spices. But be careful, because for this process you need very little time and it is better to do this on the smallest fire, not greatly heating the frying pan.
Ingredients:- Long grain rice 250 g
- Tomato juice 250 ml
- Tomatoes 2 pcs.
- Carrot 1 pc.
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Fresh dill 0.5 bunch
- Parsley fresh 0.5 bunch
- Bay leaf 9 pcs.
- Saffron ground 0.25 tsp.
- Oregano dry 0.25 tsp.
- Paprika sweet ground 0.5 tsp.
- Pepper black ground 0.25 tsp.
- Curry 0.25 tsp.
- Salt 1 tsp.
- Olive oil 50 ml
- Step 1 For this dish, take: 1 cup of rice, 1 cup of home-made tomato juice, 2 tomatoes, 1 large carrot, 2 cloves of garlic, greens, spices.
