Squid stuffed with mushrooms Most seafood has long been used by man for food, especially in countries lying on the seas and oceans. Recently, many useful properties of sea delicacies, including squid, have been discovered. In addition to excellent taste and low caloric content, squid contain a whole set of vitamins: C, B1, B2, B6, B9, PP, E, useful protein, polyunsaturated fats and a multitude of trace elements and minerals. A special form of these marine inhabitants - a pocket, contributes to the creation of a variety of recipes squid, stuffed with different fillings. Today I offer a recipe for squid, stuffed with white mushrooms and cheese, in mushroom sauce. This dish can be served as a hot second and as a cold snack.
Ingredients:- Squids 200 g
- Mushrooms white 100 g
- Onion 100 g
- Cheese Maasdam 50 g
- Sour cream 30 g
- Flour, wheat 20 g
- Carrots 50g
- Sunflower refined sunflower oil 30 ml
- Step 1 To prepare the dish you need: frozen squid and ceps, onions, hard cheese.
- Step 2 For the sauce, take the white mushrooms, sour cream, onion and flour.
- Step 3 Thaw the squid and unfinish it with boiling water.
- Step 4 After that they are easily cleaned. It is good to scrape off the top film, remove the chord and rinse with cold water.
- Step 5 Vegetables, mushrooms and cheese cut finely chopped.
- Step 6 In the saucepan, heat the butter and lightly fry the onions and carrots.
- Step 7 Add the mushrooms and continue to fry.
- Step 8 The roasted ingredients (leaving 2 tablespoons for sauce in a saucepan) put on a plate, add the cheese, mix.
- Step 9 Remove the sauté with roast from the heat, add flour, mix well.
- Step 10 Add a spoonful of fatty sour cream.
- Step 11 Mix and add a glass of water. Bring to a boil and cook until thickened over low heat.
- Step 12 Squid carcases fill with minced meat and close the edges with toothpicks.
- Step 13 Put squids in sauce and simmer for 5 minutes under low heat.
- Step 14 After 5 minutes turn over to the other side, sprinkle with parsley and then simmer for 5 minutes. The dish is ready!
