Aromatic soup A very delicate and hearty fish soup with a creamy taste. A special piquant note in this soup are cedar nuts, with them this soup is simply fantastic. Especially it would be desirable to note simplicity of preparation of soup - the ingredients in it are all available and it is prepared very quickly, without any problems. I recommend without fail!
Ingredients:- Salmon 300 g
- Salt 1 tsp.
- Cedar nuts 3 tbsp. l.
- Water 1 l
- Fresh dill 1 bunch
- Olive oil 10 ml
- Potatoes 4 pcs.
- Cream cheese 400 g
- Carrot 1 pc.
- Onions 1 pc.
- Black pepper powder 1 tsp.
- Step 1 To make soup, we need salmon fillet, 4 packs of melted cheese of "Friendship" type (good quality), onions, potatoes, carrots, olive oil, pine nuts, salt and black ground pepper.
- Step 2 In a saucepan boil the water, crumble the melted cheese, mix well.
- Step 3 Add the diced potatoes to the pan and cook until half cooked.
- Step 4 Cut the onions, grate the carrots and save them with olive oil, add peeled pine nuts.
- Step 5 Add the slice to the soup.
- Step 6 Next we add fish fillets.
- Step 7 Add the salt and pepper to the soup, let it boil and cook for another 5 minutes until the fish is ready.
- Step 8 Add to the soup finely chopped dill. Stir and remove from heat.
- Step 9 We insist on soup for 5 minutes and can be tasted. Bon Appetit!
